GARAGE FLOORING

BUILT FOR DAILY USE

Beautiful Floors. Built to Perform.

A professionally finished garage floor can completely change how your garage looks, feels, and functions. The right flooring system creates a cleaner appearance, makes routine maintenance easier, and gives the garage a more finished connection to the rest of your home.

Our team evaluates the existing concrete, discusses how you use your garage, and recommends a flooring solution based on its condition, your design preferences, and the performance your space requires.

From surface preparation and concrete repairs to the base coat, decorative finish, and protective topcoat, each stage is carefully coordinated to produce a consistent and durable result.

PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION

The Finish Starts With Proper Preparation

The performance of a garage floor coating depends heavily on the condition and preparation of the concrete beneath it. Our process addresses the surface before the finish is applied.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Garage Flooring Questions, Answered

The schedule depends on the garage size, concrete condition, necessary repairs, selected coating system, temperature, humidity, and required curing time.

Some installations may be completed within a few days, while floors requiring extensive preparation or repairs may take longer. After evaluating the concrete and confirming the flooring system, we will provide a more specific project schedule.

Return-to-use timing depends on the selected system, environmental conditions, and manufacturer requirements. Light foot traffic may be permitted before vehicle traffic, but the floor must be allowed to cure sufficiently before cars, heavy cabinets, or equipment are placed on it.

We will provide specific curing and return-to-service instructions after installation. Those instructions should be followed even if the surface appears dry.

Many concrete floors with minor cracks or surface damage can be prepared and coated, but the existing condition must first be evaluated.

Visible cracks and damaged areas may require repair before the coating system is installed. However, repairs cannot guarantee that cracks caused by continued slab movement will never reappear. More significant damage, moisture conditions, or structural concerns may require additional evaluation before work begins.

Possibly. The existing coating must be inspected for adhesion, peeling, contamination, thickness, and compatibility with the proposed system.

Loose or failing material may need to be removed before a new finish can be installed. We will evaluate the existing surface and recommend an appropriate preparation method.

Available choices may include decorative flake blends, solid colors, neutral grays, warmer tones, and customized combinations. Texture and sheen options vary by flooring system.

We can help you select a finish that coordinates with your cabinetry, wall colors, vehicles, and overall garage design.

Any hard surface can become slippery when wet or contaminated with oil, dust, or other materials. Texture and traction additives may be available depending on the selected system and intended use.

We will discuss appearance, cleaning, comfort, and traction considerations when helping you select a finish.

Routine maintenance generally includes sweeping or dust removal and periodic cleaning with appropriate products. Spills should be cleaned promptly, and harsh chemicals or abrasive tools should be avoided unless approved for the installed system.

We will provide care recommendations based on the specific flooring materials used in your garage.

Yes. Garage flooring can be coordinated with custom cabinetry, slatwall storage, overhead storage, lighting, garage doors, and complete garage remodeling.

Coordinating these services as one project helps establish the proper installation sequence and reduces the risk of damaging newly completed finishes.
